Conference organisers are there to make your event or meeting run as smoothly as possible and there are a number of things where we can be of invaluable assistance.

Choice of venue

Your choice of venue will have a huge impact on the success of the conference. The Gold Coast has the best range of hotels and apartments in the country, but you need one that suits the needs of your conference and the budget - while everyone would like to be at the Sheraton Mirage it may not suit the budget of your attendees. We have the knowledge of every hotel on the Gold Coast and we are not locked in to a venue-specific hotel.

Did you know that if you're looking for a place to hold your conference we can provide you with your choice of venue at no cost to you? How? Because as conference organisers we receive a commission on your rooming list which is not available to the general public, so we make our money that way.

Accommodation for Guests

To accommodate your guests we can use our inside knowledge to provide you with a list of hotels with a selection of rooms, no matter what the budget.

Day delegate rates for attendees

Did you know that if you have over 50 people attending the conference the conference  room is usually free of charge? We can also negotiate day delegate rates for attendees which will usually including morning, afternoon tea and lunch.

Organising food

Rmember that food can be a really important part of your conference as this is the time people can network and socialise with all the other attendees. All of our hotels have excellent chefs who can prepare a buffet dinner for $50 or $100 but you do get what you have paid for. We can help you get the best menu for your event.
